We intend to use the HUF 114,000,000 preferential-interest loan requested under this scheme to finance materials for our domestic truck repair and service activities, subcontractor costs (intermediated services) incurred in domestic road freight, and payroll costs. In the current uncertain commercial environment, we are taking out a working-capital loan to fund these operating costs securely, maintain our activities, and serve domestic workshop customers and domestic transport orders on time and to the required quality.

Project title: Installation of a solar power system at the Torda Trans Kft. site
Contract number: GINOP-4.1.4-19-2020-02649
Grant amount: HUF 2,310,638
Total cost: HUF 4,201,160
Grant rate: 55%
Project start: 4 January 2021
Deadline for physical completion: 30 September 2022
Under the project, Torda Trans Kft. will install a 10.89 kWp nominal-capacity solar power system on its central administrative building at 4551 Nyíregyháza-Oros, Csonkás utca 4., cadastral plot 02171/4. The building concerned is classified as an industrial wood-processing plant and office with yard. The property is wholly owned by Torda Trans Kft.
The company pays more than HUF 600,000 annually for electricity at its Nyíregyháza-Oros site. More than 90% of annual electricity consumption can, however, be replaced with renewable energy thanks to the building’s suitable location, large free roof area and orientation. This could save more than HUF 540,000 in operating costs each year and avoid more than 9 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. For these reasons, we decided to install a solar power system with a peak capacity of 10.89 kWp, sized to cover our annual electricity use.
The investment is expected to produce 11,979 kWh of renewable electricity annually, replacing 98.37% of the current 12,177 kWh consumption and avoiding 9.01 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. It is also commercially rational: the reduction in annual operating costs is expected to pay back the subsidised investment within 3.15 financial years. The investment can reduce our company’s energy intensity per unit of GDP, measured at purchasing-power parity, by more than 20%, bringing significant environmental and economic benefits.

Project title: Development to help Torda Trans Kft. adapt to modern business and production challenges
Contract number: GINOP-1.2.16-22-2023-00737
Grant amount: HUF 209,299,252

Project start: 5 September 2021
Deadline for physical completion: 31 August 2023
The project’s main aim is to expand capacity and improve the efficiency of our activities under TEÁOR 5210’08 Warehousing and storage, 5224’08 Cargo handling and 5221’08 Service activities incidental to land transportation. To this end, we will purchase one 60-tonne NH-VW weighbridge, one Magni ES 1212 E self-propelled scissor lift, one Niifisk SC 500 B Full Pkg battery-powered floor cleaner, one CATERPILLAR® 432 loader, two TOYOTA TRAIGO 80FBE20T electric forklifts and one TOYOTA-BT STAXIO SPE160 electric forklift. These assets will allow us to carry out the goods-handling, materials-handling and logistics tasks of our cargo-handling and warehousing operations more efficiently and quickly.
We will also expand our warehousing capacity at our new logistics base by constructing a 1,734 m² lightweight warehouse building. The main expected results are a reduction in the average time required for warehousing and cargo handling to 70–75% of the current baseline, producing an annual productivity increase of 20–25% and enabling us to take on more logistics and warehousing work. We estimate that net annual revenue could increase by approximately HUF 30–50 million in the first year after the investment becomes operational. Higher revenue from additional logistics and warehousing work would provide a secure financial basis for retaining existing staff and, in the medium to long term, could enable the creation of three to four new jobs. To increase our use of renewable energy, we will also purchase and install a solar power system with a peak capacity of 37.5 kWp.
