This notice applies to visits to the website, contact enquiries, quote and callback requests, and online job applications. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
We process the name, company name, email address, phone number, selected service, message and technical submission data you provide in order to respond to and discuss your enquiry. Please provide only the information needed for your request.
Where you yourself are taking steps before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For a company contact or a general enquiry, the basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining contact and answering requests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; you may object to this processing. We cannot receive an online request if required fields are missing; you can also contact us by phone or email.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no more than six months after they are closed. Where a contract or legal claim is involved, we process the necessary data separately for as long as needed to meet the relevant obligation or resolve the claim. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We use an applicant's name, contact details, selected role, professional message and uploaded CV for recruitment. Legal basis: steps taken at the applicant's request before entering into an employment contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not send health data, copies of identity documents or special-category personal data that is not needed for the application.
For an unsuccessful or withdrawn application, the data must be deleted after the selection process ends or the application is withdrawn. It may be retained for future opportunities only with separate, voluntary consent. General applications are retained for no more than six months. If you are hired, the employer's privacy notice explains further processing of the necessary data.
Technical log data, such as an IP address, time, requested page and browser information, may be generated while operating the hosting service and investigating errors or misuse. The purpose and legitimate interest are website availability and security; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs may be processed only for as long as needed for technical operations and investigation of any incident.
Submissions are also stored in WordPress/Elementor and generate email notifications. Hosting is provided by Tárhely.eu. GERGELY assists with technical operation; website form notifications are sent to Torda Trans Kft. at tordat@t-online.hu, with a blind copy to GERGELY‘s technical mailbox. T-Online/Telekom and Google Gmail are therefore also involved in email delivery.
Staff handling the enquiry and service providers with the access needed for operations may access the data. We do not make the data public. Data may be disclosed to the extent required by an authority or law.
On the basis of consent to statistics (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), Google Analytics 4 helps aggregate website visits, traffic sources, phone-number clicks and successful form submissions. We record the type of form, page path and clicked public company phone number in events; we do not send the visitor's name, email address, phone number or message to GA4. A phone click does not prove that a call took place.
Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and session replays to help us understand clicks, scrolling and site use. A replay shows use of the website; it does not record the microphone or camera. Form contents are masked. Clarity loads only after statistics are allowed; we do not permit advertising storage.
Providers may generate browser and device data, timestamps, approximate location data and pseudonymous identifiers. When consent is refused, Google's Consent Mode may still process limited, cookieless technical signals. Consent can be withdrawn at any time using the Cookie settings button without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Clarity keeps ordinary session replays for 30 days and flagged recordings and heatmap data for up to nine months. GA4 retention of individual event data differs from aggregated reports; see Google's data-retention information for details.
In addition to cookies needed for operation and to remember your cookie choice, you may separately allow optional statistics cookies. Refusing them does not prevent you from requesting a quote or contacting us.
Loading a Google Maps map may establish a connection to Google's servers. External services can be managed separately in the cookie settings. You can also delete cookies already stored in your browser; this may erase your previous choice. You can check precise cookie expiry in your browser's site data.
Google and Microsoft services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In their own notices, the providers describe the relevant legal frameworks for transfers — the applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can also ask the controller for information about the applicable safeguards and how to obtain them.

You may request information and access, correction of data, erasure or restriction subject to legal requirements, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent at any time. We do not make decisions about you with legal effects based solely on automated processing of website forms or analytics.
Send your request to tordat@t-online.hu. As a rule, we respond within one month; if an extension is justified, we inform you of it and the reasons within that period. We request only the data needed to verify identity.
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu. You may also seek a judicial remedy. The legal basis for this notice is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We use cookies required for the website to function. With your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the website is used, including phone link clicks and successful form submissions. You can change your choice later under Cookie settings.
